I’ve always had somewhat of a ‘flair for the dramatic’ as my mother would put it. I grew up as a child of the 80’s with such amazing voice acting inspirations as Peter Cullen (Transformers), Alan Oppenheimer (Masters of the Universe), and Frank Welker (Literally everything…. no, really!). I would spend days on end emulating them and learning how to warp and contort my voice.

Then in my teenage years I discovered drama and theatre, and that’s where the acting bug really bit me. After countless productions both as part of Drama and Theatre Studies, and through amateur dramatics societies, I fell in love with storytelling.

As the years went by I did what most aspiring actors do; I got an office job. That’s when life began to get in the way.

Some years later as technology started affording itself more and more to home recording, I got my first microphone setup and started spending many evenings under a duvet with it. Acting was back in my life and I was doing it mostly for fun.

Then something magical happened; I started getting paid for it. People started asking if they could hire me for their projects. Suddenly, I was 8 years old again only this time the voices were of my own creation and were for other people’s entertainment and enjoyment. I hope to bring that feeling of whimsy and wonder to every character I voice, and can’t wait for the ones waiting in the wings of the future.
